This Privacy Policy applies to the Calc Engine application from VersaEdge Software, LLC ("VersaEdge", "we"). It is meant to help you understand what data Calc Engine collects, what it does with it, and what you can expect.

Calc Engine collects no personal data, has no analytics, no advertising, and does not communicate with any VersaEdge servers.

What we collect

Nothing. Calc Engine does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The app contains no analytics frameworks, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers.

Networking

Calc Engine's only network use is iCloud sync (described below), handled directly by Apple. The app does not connect to VersaEdge servers or to any third-party servers.

Data stored on your device

Calc Engine stores the following on your device so it works the way you expect:

Your calculation history
Your user-defined functions and constants
Your appearance preferences (theme, fonts, key shapes)
Whether you've unlocked Calc Engine+

This data never leaves your device through Calc Engine itself.

iCloud sync

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your settings, history, custom functions, and constants are synchronized across your Apple devices through your own personal iCloud account. This sync is handled directly by Apple's iCloud service. We never see this data, and it is not stored on any VersaEdge server.

Calc Engine+ purchases

Purchases and Family Sharing entitlements for Calc Engine+ are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not see your payment information or your Apple ID.

Children

Calc Engine collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this Privacy Policy ever changes, we will post the updated version on this page.
